- Place the sliced peaches into your blender, ensuring they’re evenly distributed for smooth blending.
- Add the lemon juice and honey or simple syrup to the blender, balancing the natural sweetness of the fruit.
- Pour in the water or add the ice to help cool and thin the mixture.
- Secure the lid and blend everything on high until the mixture is completely smooth and frosty, about 30-45 seconds. It should have a thick, icy consistency that’s easy to sip.
- Stop the blender and check the texture—if it’s too thick, add a little more water; if it’s too thin, blend in some more frozen peaches or ice until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour the peach slushie into glasses, and optionally garnish with a slice of peach or a sprig of mint for a pretty presentation.
