Spread the radishes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they have space around them for even roasting.
Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the radishes are golden, tender, and slightly caramelized around the edges.
Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over for a bright finish, if desired.
