  • 1 pint ripe strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 bottle rosé wine chilled
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add the halved strawberries to a blender and pulse a few times until roughly chopped.
  2. Pour in the chilled rosé wine and add the simple syrup to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the mixture in the blender.
  4. Blend everything on high until the mixture is smooth, icy, and slushy, with a vibrant pink color and a frosty texture.
  5. Taste the slush and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired, then give it a quick pulse to incorporate.
  6. Pour the icy rosé strawberry slush into glasses, garnishing with a fresh strawberry or mint sprig if desired for a pretty finish.
