- Add the halved strawberries, fresh orange juice, vanilla extract, and honey to the blender.

- Pause briefly to check the consistency; if it's too thick, add a splash more orange juice and blend again for a few seconds.
- Once well blended, pour the slushie into chilled glasses.

Notes
For a more tart flavor, add a splash of lemon juice. Adjust the sweetness to taste with honey or agave syrup. For a creamier texture, blend in a dollop of Greek yogurt or coconut milk.
